Mindfulness as a good form of relaxation

Postby Monty1973 » Tue Jun 07, 2016 5:50 pm

Hi Everyone

I was really recommended Mindfulness as a good way of dealing with my current anxiety and BFS issues. I came across a good app the other day called Headspace which has some really good mindfulness techniques. I have been trying to use the app before I go to bed because that is the time when I find my symptoms the most distressing and seem to notice them the most.

Kind Regards
Andrew

Head space is a good app. I have used it with some success.

Hi Linda

I just wanted to send my warmest thoughts to you for Thursday. We are both in the same boat this week. How did you find the headspace app on Mindfulness? I have not done any meditation in the last couple of days but will definitely do some before my Friday appointment. Anyway, take care, Andrew
